IMN Vector Core

Welcome to the IMN Vector Core

ABOUT US

The IMN vector core is a full service facility with extensive experience in the production of recombinant adeno-associated viral vectors (rAAV). Our primary goal is to provide high-quality custom made AAV vectors and supporting the academic and industrial research community. Our core specializes in the production of research-grade AAV vectors for both in vitro and in vivo studies.

SERVICES

The core facility provides custom AAV production services including molecular cloning of AAV plasmids, large-scale productions of highly purified vectors that are suitable for both in vitro and in vivo studies and small-scale productions from crude lysate for in vitro studies only. Approximate turnaround time is 5 to 6 weeks and 2 weeks for purified and lysate productions, respectively. The core also offers free consulting on AAV construct design and AAV capsid selection.
